Friday March 21 - Workshop: How to Organize Paperwork
This workshop will walk you through the steps to get your paperwork under control. We can move more and more to an online format where we don’t receive all the paperwork anymore, but it seems that we cannot get away from it entirely. No matter what, we still get junk mail, out of the ordinary paper bill, and so much more.
In reality, the fact that there is less and less coming into our homes can cause us to forget that we still need a system or process to deal with it.
If your kids aren’t in school yet, when they are, the amount of papers flowing in will exponentially multiply! Let’s get you completely ready for that day.

How?

Time Management Quick Tip
Group together tasks that have similarities.
Why?
To reduce time between similar tasks
To retain clarity in what you’re doing, ultimately saving time.
How?
Consider tasks you do each week. Make a list.
Review the list that requires you to go to the same places or be completed in the same spaces. For example, errands in the same area can be done on the same day of the week. Another example, is to group paying bills onto one day per month. Many companies can change the billing period for you.
Adjust your routines accordingly.
